How to Permanently Close a Store in Hifyre

  1. If you would like to redirect current customer traffic from the shop that is closing to a nearby store, please provide Hifyre with the details of the store where you would like the traffic to be redirected to.

  2. Login to Hifyre Retail and launch Shop Manager & select the correct brand/shop location from the drop-downs & click Load Selection:

  3. Select Setup and toggle OFF the “Enable Menus”, “Shoppable on Website” and “Displayed on Locations Page” fields so they are no longer green:

Once the above steps are complete, view live on eComm to confirm the shop is no longer accessible.
