Digital Platform Updates - Jan 23, 2023

Key Highlights

  1. Additional customer profile info - We've included additional information within the customer profile section in the Clienteling module. This update will be helpful for support teams to better understand the customer's sign-in process, and to see additional info such as where a customer first signed up from, what their welcome discount code is, or if their email is verified. 

  2. Out of stock recommendations -  When a product is out of stock online, customers will now be surfaced a list of alternative product recommendations that they can add onto their cart directly from the product page:

  3. Personalized shop page - We're currently running a test on the /shop page to create more personalized content for our eComm customers. This functionality is currently in testing, but will eventually be rolled out to customers.
