Key Highlights
New Contact Us form - To simplify workflows for customer support, we have removed the info email and have replaced it with a new Contact Us form that is embedded on the FAQ page for the FF, FS, HD branded sites.
The form allows customers to use a drop down to select a category for issue type, which will be routed to the necessary group internally:
Having an embedded form should reduce the noise with customer support emails to prevent spam or junk mail from being sent in through the info email.
Welcome/RAF discount codes - For Welcome and Refer a Friend discount codes, the discount code/expiry are now visible fields within the customer profile on ecomm and in Clienteling. This is valuable information to highlight to customers so they can have visibility into their discount codes/expiry dates. This is also helpful information for customer support troubleshooting in Clienteling on inquiries related to the discount codes.
Reduce navigation elements - As part of this morning's release, we're trialing a reduced navigation on single page checkout to remove opportunities for customers to exit the checkout flow. This involves removing the header and footer within the checkout page.
Price & Inventory sync - We've enabled a new permissions setting within the HRP Shop Manager module that allows users (with granted access) to sync Cova prices and inventory directly within the Administration section.
