Digital Platform Updates - Feb 27, 2023

Key Highlights

  1. Saved payments enhancements - We've made improvements to the UI for saved payments and now provide users with a confirmation prompt before deleting any saved payment information.

  2. Maintain architecture & performance - Our product development team has replaced the underlying technology that runs background jobs. This is a major improvement to our previous structure and will prevent future technical issues.

  3. Clienteling Spark Picks - We have reordered the "Buy it again" section in Clienteling to showcase in-stock products first. This way, employees can easily view customers' previously purchased items and highlight what is available at a glance.

  4. A/B test for streamlined checkout - We increased the user base for the streamlined checkout A/B test from 5% to 50% of all ecomm users. We're testing to see if this new streamlined checkout experience improves the click-through rate and keeps customers on the checkout page for longer.
