  1. Support for Retail Operations -  Our continued focus is on providing additional support and resources for the in-store and IT/support desk teams. This includes providing visibility on key information for troubleshooting customer issues and reducing the noise with support desk tickets.  a.

    1. Provide visibility on key information - Users can now easily view all active orders and order history in Clienteling through the global order history page, and through the customer order history page. The retail and support desk teams require this information when troubleshooting customer inquiries, and having visibility to active orders will help to reduce time to resolution. 

    2. Reduce noise in the support desk - As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce the noise and volume of support desk tickets, we've implemented ReCaptcha, which is a security service that helps protect websites from spam. This will be an additional barrier for bots to email into the support desk and will alleviate potential clutter in the queue so that IT/support can focus on the customer inquiries that matter most.

  2. Shop Page UX updates - The mobile site is around 80% of all traffic on eComm. As part of this morning's release, we've made UX updates to the shop category pages to simplify button interactions and bring valuable product content higher up on the screen on mobile.
