Hifyre Request Form

This form is intended to be used for updates or enhancements to existing applications or services that alter or extend the functionality of the applications currently managed by Hifyre, or for the request of a new application. 

Items that DO NOT need to use this form for request are:

• Production critical bugs – these should be directed to help@hifyre.com

• System outages – these should be reported directly to help@hifyre.com

• System education and training – these can be directed to help@hifyre.com

We will do our best to prioritize your need and implement your request in a timely manner. Our production releases occur bi-weekly, following a 4 week sprint cycle.  Planned releases extend at least 8 weeks in advance, so urgent matters will be addressed as best as possible but otherwise will fall into our scheduling accordingly.
