Payment FAQ

I've been double charged for my order - can you please help?
  • Note: there is a key difference between an authorization and a settlement. Transactions listed as “authorizations” are auto reversed in the case of insufficient funds, postal code match failures, and all other decline scenarios. We don’t control how this happens unfortunately, but it’s usually not indicative of double charges.

Do you offer payment on delivery?
  • Payment on delivery is not something we support at this time.
