Digital Platform Updates - October 18, 2023

Clienteling shop page filter updates:
a) Items Per Pack filter - We've resolved the issue with the missing items per pack filter and and have reintroduced it on the shop page for Clienteling/Kiosk. Users can filter products by the quantity of items per pack for categories such as edibles or pre-rolls. We're currently evaluating how to best optimize the filters into a set of ranges for a future product release.
b) Size filter - We've resolved the bug in Clienteling regarding the size filter, which now accurately sorts product size by number value in ascending order.
Cova product reindex - We've extended the reindex product functionality that we added to the Clienteling product page in August to make it faster. Hifyre users with the reindex permission setting are able to manually update through Clienteling in the product page by clicking on the refresh icon on the top right-hand side (see screenshot below). After today's release, when a change in Cova is made and the reindex button is used in Clienteling, the change will flow through within minutes to eComm, Clienteling and menus.
