Digital Platform Updates - Nov 29, 2023

Key Highlights

  1. eComm Customer Savings - Customers can now easily check out their cost savings for online orders with member priced, discounted, or sale products at both the cart and checkout pages on eComm. The total savings will be tallied right beside the order total, boosting the overall value of customer savings before they checkout.

  2. Customer Support Section -  To enhance our customer support capabilities, we've introduced a new support tab within customer profiles in Clienteling. This tab grants the support team greater visibility into troubleshooting customer issues, offering insights into specific user sessions on eComm, as well as detailed information on order and email history (effective today).

  3. Security Method Copy Update - We've updated the security method copy in the cart/checkout setup as requested by Marketing, ensuring customers clearly understand ID requirements for discounts (students, seniors, and veterans).

  4. Visibility for change updates - In an effort to improve visibility on changes made within the Website Manager, Shop Manager and Digital Displays, we've included an info icon that users can hover over or click on to view the last modified by/date/time. Note: this icon is only displayed if there is recent change information available.

  5. Cannabis License Information - We've provided GM's the ability in the Shop Manager to include the cannabis license information directly for each store on eComm as required. We will follow-up with a separate email to GM's with further information on how they can ensure the licensing is updated for each shop.
