Digital Platform Updates - May 2, 2023

Key Highlights

1. Release schedule - In an effort to improve product output, we're trialing pushing out our platform release on Tuesdays instead of Mondays through May and likely June. With that, the release notes will be sent out on Tuesdays during this time.

2. Customer analytics filtering - We've enhanced the Clienteling customer analytics page by allowing the flexibility for users to filter by time frame. This will allow shop employees to view what types of products a customer has previously purchased within the last 30 days, 90 days, last year and all time.

   

3. View active orders in Clienteling - This is not a new update but a reminder that the functionally exists in Clienteling to view active orders. This is valuable information for shops to have available when validating customer orders and payment in store. When searching for an active order number in Clienteling, you can click on the order to expand the full view of product details and a breakdown of the order method, payment status etc.
