Can I export data?
All data can be exported in two ways: graphical visualizations and raw CSV data. To export an entire dashboard, use the cogwheel at the top right hand corner of the page. To download a specific table/visualization on a dashboard, go to the top right-hand corner of that tile to open the ellipses.
Can I filter my views?
All dashboards have relevant filter options available. To access the filters, use the top right hand corner middle selection to collapse, with the exception of data exports where filters are enabled on the top left hand side. To see selection options, click into the filter field and wait for the options to load in a drop down. Please note, for longer lists (ex. Variation name) this will only load the first most options.
What is the difference between the date, date range and date granularity filters?
There are some dashboards which include different levels of filtering with respect to dates. For any trend related graphs, the ‘date granularity’ and ‘date range’ would apply. For a set one point in time data, the ‘date’ filter would apply.
What should I know about selecting a date range?
When selecting dates within a range, please note that the dates are right-side exclusive. Therefore, if your end date is a date prior to today, select the day after to completely capture the intended final day.
What is the data exports section? Can we schedule reports?
Yes! This section allows for reports to be scheduled using a schedule feature available in the cog wheel at the top right-hand corner of the dashboards. Reports can be scheduled based on available frequencies for dashboards under the ‘Data Exports’ section only and shared/scheduled to with anyone in your organization that has the same email domain.
Note: Open modal will read ‘Unsaved Changes’ always at the bottom. Review the ‘Summary’ note at the bottom to see what is set for your scheduling & always save before exiting.
Am I able to bookmark my view?
Views are bookmarked to your specific link, and maintain the filers set on that link prior to bookmarking. Once set, you can save to your browser and also share the link with other account holders under your group. Personal filter settings do not affect other views/accounts under your group as each account is independent.
My product is missing, how do I add it?
For products that are missing, this would indicate they are not available in our Fire and Flower catalog. Please request for a new SKU addition, and we will share with you a product template for details.
Are newly added products data backfilled?
For newly added products that have been in market, historical sales data in the market dashboards will be backfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours to propagate.
There has been a merger or acquisition - what’s next?
We do our best to remain up to speed with movement in the industry, including mergers and acquisitions. Once finalized and the ticker has been updated, we do our part to make this reflective in our system and can be seen on the Landscape tile of the Licensed Producers Sales Dashboard. Please feel free to share any findings not reflected on HIQ with our team and we can include.
What is the cannabinoid filter vs the potency filter?
The cannabinoid filter allows you to filter your view of the dashboard based on a specific dominant cannabinoid in the product. The potency allows for the levels of potency under that cannabinoid. The most updated grouping definitions are available in the footer notes of the dashboards.
I can’t download an individual tile, what are my options?
By downloading a full dashboard using the top right-hand cogwheel of the page, you will be downloading all tiles featured in the visualization.
What is the difference between level 2 subcategory and level 3 classification?
The classification is a level down from subcategory and branches out from the product subcategory’ to specify the type of product under that makeup. For example, using the drill down lightning bolt symbol beside a category name or the classification filter where available, you could look into the ‘flower’ subcategory to see the classifications of ‘dried flower’ and ‘Pre-Ground Blend’.
What are the column items ‘Sold At Cost’ based on?
This is equivalent to the cost of goods sold.
What is the average sales price?
On the variation level report there is a calculated field of average sales price which is net sales over sold quantity.
