Clienteling Discount Codes Tab - We've introduced a dedicated discount code tab in the Clienteling customer orders section. This enhancement enables employees to easily verify applied discount codes and their respective usage timestamps when validating customer support inquiries. Additionally, users can conveniently click on the order number to access a breakdown of purchased products. The discount code usage has been backfilled to showcase historic customer data, and is visible to all users who have access to customer orders in Clienteling.
Minimum Inventory Safety Stock Update - As per the retail team's request, we have updated the minimum inventory safety stock for digital displays to zero. Previously set at 1, this adjustment ensures that all products, regardless of available quantity, are now displayed on the menu boards for both FAF and FS shops.
Elasticsearch Completion - We have successfully transitioned to the new Elasticsearch integration, marking the completion of this initiative. The updated Elasticsearch integration offers various advantages, including enhanced performance, stability through bug fixes, improved security with patches, access to new features, compatibility with the latest technologies, community support, and integration with the broader Elasticsearch ecosystem. The successful migration to Elasticsearch represents a significant performance boost and cost savings for the product development team
Greenline Integration - The team has been working hard on the Greenline integration, building out the necessary connectors that will enable the transfer of data from Greenline into Hifyre. This includes the ability to import product categories, orders, customers, promotions and inventory. Upon the successful completion of this project, Hifyre technology can be effectively utilized by brands leveraging Greenline POS for their stores. We'll keep you posted on the ongoing progress of this initiative.
