Clienteling Overview

Hifyre Clienteling is a customer insights and basket building tool for your employees. Built to enable conversations and explorations with the customer while on the shop floor, it is assisted selling with personalization and recommendation engine intelligence.

An alternative use is to enable in Kiosk* mode and allow the customer to self explore the shop’s inventory, while also feeding in product insights and recommendations. Very closely replicating the eCommerce website functionality to provide familiarity between platforms.

The key difference between modes is Clienteling allows the employee to view customers’ accounts which includes buying analytics, order history and personal information.

In a customer account an employee will be able to view:

  1. Spark Picks: Personalized recommendations and insights.

  2. Analytics: Brand/product affinity based on previous purchases.

  3. Orders: History of previous completed purchases.

  4. Profile: Customer details.

  5. Notes: Internal notes if you want cross visibility between employees / stores.

  6. Reviews: View any reviews the customer has previously left on products via the website.

Have a customer that is not yet a Spark Perks program member? Use the form in Clienteling to sign them up so they can receive the program benefits immediately on their visit.   Their new account will sync to your POS within minutes.

*Kiosk mode requires a 4 digit pin to exit.

  • Customer affinity to strain types and potency; most purchase categories; approximate spending value per order.

  • Broken down into 3 sections: Details, Additional Information & Billing Address.

Customer Details

  • All fields required to place an Online order, except Referred by phone.

Additional Information

Insight to source of sign up (Clienteling or Website);  if they have signed into the website; if they have completed their email verification.

Shop Featured Searches

  • Customizable quick searches that allow employees to filter quickly to a selection of products.

  • Large Format Flower search results:

Recommendation Engine

  • Recommended products are identified through our customer, product and market analysis.

  • Option to view recommended products based on the item just added to cart.

  • Detailed product pages include the Often Purchased Together section.

  • In cart recommendations, based on what is already in the cart.

Previously Purchased Identified in Search Results

  • In search results, products previously purchased by the customer you are shopping as, are noted with a small green circle and arrow.

Spark Perks Account Sign Up

  • Sign up form included in both Clienteling and Kiosk modes.

  • If Customer signs up using a Referred Friends’ phone number they receive a 15% off discount code that can be used immediately on their order.

    • Once the order has been completed the Referrer also receives a 15% discount code by email!

  • Account creation triggers off customer communication which includes the Welcome discount code to be used on the next purchase.
